
Sugah! Confectionery & Ice Cream Emporium began as a quest to bring great fudge to Nova Scotia and evolved into the sweetest hot spot on the Halifax Waterfront.
At Sugah! all of our confections are made on-site using century old techniques and pure, simple ingredients. Dairy fresh butter and cream, sugar and nuts are cooked in our old-fashioned copper kettle and worked on our marble slabs. If that weren't enough we then hand paddle these fresh confections into you choice of favourite ice cream.
Our philosophy is that fresh is better, local is better, and pure is better. We use only real ingredients that you would find in your own kitchen - no artificial colourings or additives. We are also the first to pioneer hand paddling of ice cream in Atlantic Canada.
